I told the dealership owner that I have good credit-788 on Sept 1st, and it was higher before my CC started blowing out a bit (LIFE!). So I'm quite stunned that my credit rating went UP after an auto loan, to 798. I put $6.5K down on $14K purchase (I wanted to go all cash earlier in this process-LIFE!), got a Lifestream private loan (interesting company!), and they didn't ask for collateral, I get the title. SWEET! The dealer was absolutely stunned! I said I wasn't lying about my good credit! I did learn I'm a Serious Customer. Without a doubt!
